Studio teams
Groups of four or more can be invoiced together with a single purchase order. Ask for the team sheet and we will send seat allocation instructions.
Refunds and transfers
Self-paced classes can be refunded in full within fourteen days of purchase provided fewer than three modules have been opened. After that, the fee can be moved to another class once.
Live critique seats can be refunded in full up to seven days before the block starts. Inside seven days the seat can be transferred to the next block, since the cohort size is already fixed.
If an instructor cancels a block, you choose between a transfer and a full refund. We do not keep the fee against a future credit unless you ask us to.
Accessibility
All recorded modules ship with English captions and a downloadable transcript. Live sessions are captioned live on request — tell us at enrolment so the captioner can be booked. Colour-critical modules include a described-notes version for students with colour vision deficiency.
